Shapton Stones are made from the most carefully graded ceramic particles on the market, with a high density they are hard stones.
The particles used are extremely pure and homogeneous, providing minimal wear and a long life.
Manufactured on a tempered glass base are free from deformation even after many application. Most stones can be deformed microscopically due to absorption of water during the grinding process, in this type of stone this is avoided thanks to the tempered glass at the bottom.
